Who we are
Lullari is a screen-free bedtime app that delivers authentic world folk tales in your family's language. The waitlist is operated by Lullari (a trading name of the company behind this service; full legal entity details will appear in the final policy). You can reach us at hello@lullaari.com.
What we collect on the waitlist
When you join the waitlist we collect: your email address; the country you are signing up from; the heritage language or languages you would like bedtime stories told in; and, optionally, the age band of your child. That is all. We do not ask for your name, your child's name, a photo, or any other identifying information.
We never collect children's personal data
The waitlist is for parents and guardians only. We do not knowingly collect any personal information that identifies a child. The optional age-band field (e.g. "2–4 years") is used only to help us prioritise content for the right age groups — it does not identify your child and we do not treat it as children's personal data.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send you launch updates and founding-family information, exactly as you consented to when you joined. We use the country and language data in aggregate to decide which languages and story traditions to build first — we never use it to profile you individually.
Your consent and how to withdraw it
By ticking the consent box on the waitlist form, you agree to receive emails about Lullari's launch and founding-family offer. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@lullaari.com with "unsubscribe" in the subject line. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Data deletion
You can request deletion of your waitlist record at any time by emailing hello@lullaari.com. We will delete your email address and associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Where your data is stored
Lullari stores and processes all data in the European Union. Your data does not leave the EU scope. We use AWS infrastructure located in EU regions.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or until 12 months after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.
