The waitlist
By joining the Lullaari waitlist you are registering your interest in a product that is under development. Joining does not give you access to the Lullaari app, create a subscription, or constitute a purchase of any kind.
The founding-family offer is indicative
Any discount percentage, price, or "founding membership" described on this website is an indicative marketing offer, not a binding contract. The final pricing, terms, and availability of any founding-family offer will be communicated before launch and may differ from what is stated here. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the offer.
No guaranteed launch date
Lullaari is in development. We do not guarantee a specific launch date. We will notify waitlist members by email when the app becomes available.
Acceptable use
By joining the waitlist you agree not to submit false, misleading, or third-party email addresses, and not to use automated means to join the waitlist multiple times.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, illustrations, audio samples, and the Lullaari name and mark — is owned by or licensed to Lullaari. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lullaari is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or reliance on the information contained within it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
